Grand jury charges two others
After being extradited from Fairfax, Virginia and arrested by Webster Parish Sheriff's Office July 10, Damion L. Mims was officially indicted on one count of aggravated rape by a Webster Parish grand jury on August 6.
To protect the victim, the family and integrity of the District Attorney's case, WPSO Chief Deputy Bobby Igo, Jr. said he could not release any details of Mims' alleged crime.
