Rhonda Gail Smith was born Dec. 4, 1949 in Ruston and passed away Oct. 20, 2011 in Minden. Her wish was to be cremated with no service. She was a secretary in the oil field industry.
Her father, Charles M. Smith and brother-in-law, John Stewart preceded her in death.
She is survived by her mother, Grayce Smith of Minden; sister, Charlene Stewart of Minden; one niece; one nephew; two great-nieces; one great-nephew; an uncle; many cousins; four aunts; and a host of friends.
Memorials may be made to St. Joseph's Hospice in Shreveport or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
