First home game for North Webster

The North Webster Knights fell to Haynesville, 26-6 last Friday night in their very first game as a new school. Tonight, the Knights will play their first home opener, as they host the Northwood Falcons.

Northwood squeaked by North Caddo, 7-0, last week, with Jonathan Boyden scoring the lone touchdown.

North Webster’s offense committed six turnovers (three fumbles and three interceptions) last week against the Tors, and that must not happen this week.

Quarterback J.O.Smith led the Knights last week going 10 of 19 passing for 111 yards and a touchdown.

A big crowd is expected at Bacum-Farrar Stadium in Springhill. Game time is 7 p.m.
