Girl Scouts celebrate anniversary by giving

Minden Girl Scout Troop 508, Dubberly/Central Elementary, celebrated the 101st anniversary of the first Girl Scout Troop by giving the first baby girl to be born on March 12, 2013 this baby bathtub filled with newborn items.
