Student alleged victim of bullying

A Minden fourth grade girl may have been the victim of bullying, after weeks of 'picking' led to having three and one-half inches of her hair cut.

The incident, which happened last week while Bus 49 was enroute from Richardson Elementary School to Phillips Middle School, has caused the nine-year-old girl and her family additional stress.
