The local Chamber of Commerce is offering the Minden business community a golden opportunity to bolster sales staff and customer service teams.
Chamber officials have scheduled customer service expert Bill Drury to present a workshop entitled, "A Passion for Service" (How to Win Customers and Reduce Lost Sales). The workshop is set for Wednesday, Jan. 16.
