A third party witness to a domestic fight may have saved the life of one of those involved.
Minden Police Chief Steve Cropper said a phone call to the police department made by an individual driving down Goodwill Street netted the arrest of 28-year-old Jeremy Smith on charges of domestic battery abuse, resisting arrest by flight from an officer and public intimidation.
