Drugs, tresspassing land two locals in jail

James_GuyJames Guy turned 17 on July 6 and a little more than a week later, he was celebrating behind bars.

Guy, of the 200 block of Hall Street was arrested by Minden Police on two counts of unauthorized entry in an inhabited dwelling, trespassing and simple criminal damage to property.

Minden Police Chief Steve Cropper said a neighbor of Guys' mother called police after observing Moore breaking a window and crawling into the house.

"He became an adult, – 17, and he came back and broke into his mother's house," said Minden Police Chief Steve Cropper. "Even though it was his mother's house, she didn't want him there. He broke a window out, so we arrested him."

Ralphertis Reeder, 32, of the 900 block of East Street, sold CDS Sch. I (marijuana) to Minden Police Department narcotics detectives Capt. Marvin Garrett and Lt. Dan Weaver, according to police chief Steve Cropper.

He was arrested for distribution and is being held at Bayou Dorcheat Correctional Center on a bond amount of $35,000.
