Driving while intoxicated is against the law, even if the vehicle is a golf cart.
Magan Miller, 25, of the 800 block of Fenskin Drive in Haughton, was arrested at Champion Park Speedway when she took a golf cart without the owner's permission and drove it into a grandstand pole.
