Active warrants were served on four with a fifth turning himself in at the Springhill Police Department.
According to Springhill Police Chief Will Lynd, Darrell Cude, 30, of Mattie Drive in Springhill, came to the police department intoxicated and turned himself in on four warrants for distribution of CDS Sch. I (marijuana) and one for distribution of CDS Sch. IV (Xanax).
"We went to Cude's residence and spoke with his wife," Lynd said. "He had already left for work."
