According to reports from the Bossier-Webster District Attorney’s Office, monetary restitution has been made in the felony theft charge of Rickinski Cosby of Minden.
Cosby was featured in Webster’s Most Wanted in the Press-Herald on May 9.
Other charges of driving under suspension and no seat belt remain active.
