WEEF awards up for grabs

Members of the Minden-South Webster Chamber of Commerce are taking extra steps to lighten the load of Webster Parish teachers that go above and beyond the call of duty and need funds to assist them in the classroom.

As such, the Webster Education Endowment Fund will award eight $500 grants to local teachers who are seeking funds for innovative and creative projects.
