Glenbrook Apaches lose to Centreville

CENTREVILLE, MS. —On Friday the Glenbrook Apaches traveled to Mississippi for a semi-final match-up with the #1 ranked team in Class AA of the MAIS, the Centreville Academy Tigers.

Glenbrook came into the game riding the hot play of quarterback Regan Edwards and a stingy defense but unfortunately for the Apaches, Centreville proved to have too much firepower for Glenbrook to contain.

"When we talked about Centreville all week we mentioned they were well-coached, disciplined and very physical", said Glenbrook Head Coach Greg Tibbett. "That's exactly what happened, we ran into a very good football team and they lined up and ran right over us, something we haven't seen all year."
