School board passes balanced budget

A balanced budget that allows the Webster Parish School Board to start replenishing a depleted fund balance was passed at Monday night's meeting.

While Charles Strong and Bruce Williams were absent, all board members except Ronnie Broughton voted to adopt the budget.
