The Name Game

The Name Game

Interesting, isn't it, that a small thing like a sports team's nickname can become an issue of interest among some who can't tell you the difference between a halfback and a half dollar.

Take for example the poor Washington Redskins. In the opinion of the most vocal social engineers (translation: busybodies who hate everything about everything), the nickname resonates of prejudice, racism, bias and any other term that reflects negativity and meanness of spirit.
