Council’s support moves group closer to construction dream

Pastor Royal Scott and Creighton Hill Community Development Corporation, Inc. (CHCDC), are beginning to see the fruits of their labors as they seek support to make affordable housing available to all who would make their homes in Minden.

"One of the greatest needs in Minden is affordable housing," Scott said. "What we are trying to do is in line with the five-year plans of the city and the chamber."
Minden City Council recently joined the Minden-South Webster Chamber of Commerce in giving CHCDC letters of support.
