Missing license attracts officersDriving in front of the Minden Police Station with no license plate drew some serious charges for one Minden man.

James Jenkins, 49, of the 400 block of Morrow Street was arrested for felony possession of CDS Sch. I (marijuana) with intent to distribute, failure to register his vehicle, no driver's license and no insurance.
