Certification for candidates to fill vacant seats on the Board of Directors for the Webster Parish Office of Community Services opened April 2 and continue through April 15.

Mary Whitaker, Community Services Executive Director said the purpose of the certification is to elect representatives for the low-income residence from the Springhill/Cullen, Heflin/Dubberly, and the Dixie Inn/Doyline areas. The successful candidates will serve a five-year term. There is no pay or other compensation for service on the Board of Directors.
