RAYVILLE — The Glenbrook Apaches suffered their first loss of the season, dropping a 2-1 decision to the Riverfield Raiders.
"It was a situation where we knew it was going to be a pitcher's game right off the bat," Glenbrook head coach Jonathan Hardy said. "The home plate umpire was real tight and definitely a pitcher's umpire. The Riverfield pitcher kept us off balance all game and struck us out about nine times."
The Raiders scored the winning run in the bottom of seventh inning to get the win.
