According to Webster Parish Sheriff Gary Sexton, Gary Wayne Cornelius Jr., 30, of the 100 block of Country Lane in Dixie Inn and Christopher Daniel Harrison, 19, of the 300 block of South Gum in Minden have been arrested and charged with possession of CDS (Controlled Dangerous Susbstance) Sch. I (marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of illegal use of CDS in the presence of minors.
