Police snag choker

A Minden man is incarcerated after trying to strangle a family member who refused to give him the keys to a vehicle.

Jacob Waltman, 26, of the 200 block of N. Middle Landing, has been charged with domestic abuse battery with strangulation, possession of CDS Sch. IV (Xanax) with intent to distribute and illegal carrying of a weapon.
